As a yoga teacher and student, I believe there is a profound power in mindfulness practice. It can help us reconfigure our relationship with ourselves and this is where yoga meets wellness. When we begin to cultivate self-acceptance and curiosity about our bodies, we become more interested and aware. I have seen this awareness encourage my students and patients towards more dedication in their health journey.

Once you get a taste of feeling good, the path is set!

As we carve out a sense of how it feels to be connected and in our bodies, we begin to recognize the actions and thoughts that bring us further from this connection. With a closer look, we are able to realize what is clutter and what is helpful to us.  Sometimes it just takes making some space for yourself to dive deeper.

I received my 200 hour Teaching Certification from the Bhaktishop School of Yoga and am working towards my 500 hour with Yoga Medicine. I am currently available for private, small group or onsite workplace classes. I am busy working on more online offerings that bring the concepts of nutritional health and yoga together.
